Seijaku: launching Dr Miki Fujito's book with Michael O'Mara Books

The brief

Michael O'Mara Books published Seijaku: The Japanese Secret to Finding Stillness by Dr Miki Fujito on 10 September 2026. Their publicity team asked for an editorial on our site and an Instagram giveaway of five copies.

What we did

We explained seijaku for readers new to the idea a week before publication, then published a full review of the book. On Instagram we gave away five copies, and on publication day we led our newsletter with the giveaway.

Results

Our explainer and review were viewed 4,370 times in September, and the review averaged position 6.5 in Google results. Two newsletters to our 20,000+ subscribers drew 550 clicks to the articles and 350 to the giveaway post. The giveaway itself, a joint post with Michael O'Mara Books, was viewed 4,354 times and drew 193 comments.
